Description
While Excel 95 isn't itself a video game, this myth concerns rumors of a secret video game hidden within this normally mundane program. This game is supposedly a Doom-like, first-person game called the "Hall of Tortured Souls". The method for accessing this strange game is rather complex. The steps are as follows:
- Open a blank spreadsheet.
- Go down to the 95th row and select the entire row.
- Tab over to column B.
- Go to the About drop-down menu.
- Hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift and then click on the "Tech Support" button.
According to the rumors, you should then see a window titled "Hall of Tortured Souls" open up. Unlike most myths featured on this wiki, this one is actually true. When the game starts, you should be at the beginning of a long zig-zagging path. At the end of the hall are the names of all the developers of Excel. Turn away from the wall and type "excelkfa"; the wall should disappear, revealing a room with a picture of all the developers.
